Energy Savings: 20%-30% (average annual energy savings)
Your contribution depends on percentage of units with incomeeligible tenants. Free to income-eligible landlords. Landlord or tenants can sign up. You and your tenants need to approve work.
**If you qualify for both WAP and AHP, apply for WAP first.
NYSERDA Assisted Home Performance (AHP)

New York State Energy Research and Development (1-877-NY-SMART)
Available Incentive: up to $10,000
You may qualify for a 50% subsidy of the cost of energy improvements up to $5,000 (1 unit) or $10,000 (2-4 units) in units with income-eligible tenants. You sign up and tenants send their information to the contractor.
